Thank you for coming through to our Christmas webpage. We are delighted that you are thinking about attending one of our services, and you are very welcome to join us. This page contains all the key information you will need.
Brief details of our services may be found below, together with links to follow if you wish to submit a booking to attend one of them.
This is a traditional carol service, with a twist – it is a drive-in event which will take place in the car park of Longsands Academy. There will be festive lights, bible readings, carols and a short talk, all of which you will be able to access in your car from a mobile device.
There will be two services, at 2.30pm and 4.00pm, so you can choose which you would prefer to attend.
Should we find that we have more cars booked into a service than we can physically accommodate, we may need to contact you and offer you a place at the other service.
If you wish to attend one of the carol services, please click here to book a space. We need people to book in because there is a limit to the number of cars we can accommodate and still maintain the required social distancing.
We will email further information to you prior to the service, including what to bring and what will be provided. We do hope we will be able to welcome you to one of these services, which will also be live streamed on our YouTube channel for those who can’t attend in person..
This service will be held on Zoom, and will be a time for families to have some Christmas fun, sing some Christmas songs and carols, and hear age appropriate bible teaching.
If you would like to attend, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org and the Zoom meeting details will be emailed out to you.
The service will be held in our building, with appropriate social distancing in place, and also live-streamed simultaneously on our YouTube channel.
To apply for a seat so that you may attend in person in the church building, please click here. There is a limited number of seats and so we will contact you to confirm if you have a seat or not.
Our prayer is that all who attend our services will find out why the first Christmas gives real hope in difficult times.
